Architect Project Manager at Dart Recruitment

On behalf of our client, a well-established architectural and development firm based in Larnaca, Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an experienced Leading Architect for full-time and permanent employment. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead medium and large-scale architectural projects from concept to completion, contributing to some of the most ambitious developments in Cyprus.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management throughout all design and construction phases.
• Coordinate and review design studies for medium and large-scale projects, including detailed construction documentation.
• Supervise and execute implementation studies ensuring design integrity and technical accuracy.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor teams of architects, designers, and technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with urban planning and building regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• In-depth knowledge of urban planning laws and building codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
• Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and technical details.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Membership with ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber) will be considered a strong advantage.
