Location: Nicosia, Cyprus

Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Architect on behalf of a dynamic and design driven architectural practice based in Nicosia. The firm is recognised for its modern architectural approach, strong technical expertise and use of advanced BIM technologies. With a portfolio that includes high quality residential and commercial developments, the company combines creativity with precision, delivering innovative and functional design solutions.

 This position is ideal for a confident professional capable of leading design development, managing project coordination and taking ownership of project delivery stages.

 Working Days and Hours• 5 days per week

• Flexible schedule: 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:00

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development and technical detailing

• Oversee BIM coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration

• Prepare and review architectural drawings and documentation

• Communicate with clients, consultants and contractors

• Ensure compliance with regulations and project timelines

Required Knowledge

• BIM software: ArchiCAD or Revit

• AutoCAD

• SketchUp

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

• Microsoft Office applications

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of professional experience

• Fluency in Greek and English

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Goal driven and solution oriented

• Excellent problem solving abilities

• Ability to take responsibility and manage project phases independently

Remuneration

• Net monthly salary ranging between 1700 and 2000 euros depending on experience

• Performance bonus equal to one monthly salary
