On behalf of our client an International and European award – winning architecture firm located in Larnaca we are seeking to recruit an experienced and innovative Architect

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring the whole architectural process for residential, commercial and other projects.

• Developing, creating and presenting detailed architectural drawings.

• Specifying the requirements for each project.

• Submitting designs and applications to relevant authorities.

• Meeting with clients to determine their needs.

• Following architectural trends.

Required Skills:

• University degree in Architecture.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up and other design softwares.

• Fluency in Greek and English languages – both verbal and written.

• Excellent design skills and attention to detail.

• Exceptional organizational, communication and time management skills.

• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.

• Creative thinking and ability to turn ideas into effective solutions.
