Architect at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Architect.

Salary:

– €2,000–€2,300 per month

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site

Main duties:

– Develop architectural designs from concept to construction documentation

– Prepare drawings specifications and technical submissions

– Coordinate clients engineers consultants and contractors

– Conduct site visits manage timelines and resolve design or construction issues

Requirements:

– Professional architecture degree and ETEK licence

– Around three years of experience or a strong graduate-level portfolio

– Knowledge of Cyprus planning building-permit and construction procedures

– Fluent Greek and English with strong design and organisational skills

Schedule:

– Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00
