Architect at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Architect.

Salary:

• € 2,000 – 2,300 / month

Work arrangement:

• On-site in Limassol, including visits to project sites

Main duties:

• Develop architectural work from initial concept through construction documentation.
• Translate client requirements, budgets and project goals into workable designs.
• Prepare drawings, specifications and other technical documents.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with planning, building and safety requirements.
• Visit project sites, monitor progress and address design revisions or construction issues.
• Incorporate sustainable and innovative solutions where appropriate.
• Manage design deliverables against agreed timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture and current ETEK registration.
• At least three years of relevant experience; strong recent graduates may also be considered.
• Strong design and technical-documentation capability.
• Knowledge of construction and tender documentation.
• Experience in site supervision and consultant coordination.
• Understanding of Cyprus planning and permit procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant architectural work.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, either 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00.
