Airfreight Administrator at Kazoulis Global Logistics Ltd
Kazoulis Global Logistics Ltd, a leading company in Forwarding and 3rd Party Logistics Services is seeking to recruit an Airfreight Administrator at Larnaca branch.
Duties:
§ Airfreight Import & Export documentation handling
§ Courrier Import & Export documentation handling
§ Price/Rate requests and subsequent quotation to clients
§ Booking of shipments and follow up
§ Issuance of invoices
§ Updating the system with buying selling rates and adjusting tariffs
§ Larnaca Customs documentation preparation
Required:
§ At least two years of working experience in a similar field
§ University or College degree
§ Freightplus Software knowledge will be considered an advantage
§ Microsoft Office Knowledge
General requirements:
§ Ability to analyse and communicate information
§ Organizational & communication skills
§ Ability to work as part of a team and work under pressure
§ Honest, discreet, trusted, hard worker
§ Excellent English knowledge
