Administrative Manager at Golden Careers Recruitment
Our client is a producer in the heavy industry with a representative office in Limassol. They’re currently looking to hire a candidate with a very good background in documentary credits and possessing solid set of administrative and communication skills to join our team in Limassol on a full-time basis.
Job Responsibilities
- Handling documentary credits
- Coordinate with banks, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely processing of trade documents
- Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining document archives.
- Communicate effectively with international partners and service providers via email and phone.
- Support the accounting or shipping teams with relevant documentation when needed
- Assist in preparing reports or summaries for management as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of basic principles of accounting and / or shipping is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language. Greek language is not required.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office & Excel.
- Organized with commutation skills and a team player
- Professional, reliable, discretion, attention to detail in handling sensitive documents and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
