Administrative Department Assistant — Limassol

Salary: €1,500–€1,600 monthly

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for an Administrative Department Assistant in Limassol.

Main duties:

  • Organise, manage, prepare and review administrative documentation.
  • Handle business correspondence in English.
  • Work with spreadsheets, reports and internal administrative processes.
  • Communicate with authorities, banks and other organisations.
  • Carry out occasional city errands and rare business trips to Nicosia or Paphos.
  • Monitor deadlines and support the administrative department and management.

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native Greek and fluent English.
  • Russian language will be considered an advantage.
  • Valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Experience with documents, spreadsheets and business correspondence.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy with numbers, organisation and ability to work independently.

Working conditions:

  • Office-based role.
  • Approximate working schedule of 6–7 hours per day.
  • Supportive team environment.
