Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an Administration / Receptionist on behalf of our client, a professional real estate development company based in Larnaca. This role suits a well presented individual who will act as the first point of contact and provide structured administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front desk management and professional reception of visitors and clients
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in Greek and English
  • Administrative and clerical support to management
  • Organisation of appointments, meetings, and office schedules
  • Filing, document handling, and general office coordination

Candidate Profile

  • Female candidate
  • Cypriot nationality
  • Excellent written and spoken Greek and English
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Organised, reliable, and detail oriented
  • Previous administrative or receptionist experience will be considered an advantage
