Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean are seeking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Officer for Paphos Head Offices

 Duties & Responsibilities:

Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data

Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits

Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted

Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues

Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Have a clear understanding of the Hotel’s Health & Safety rules and regulations

Implement all GDPR system requirements for the protection of personal data

Follow the procedure for reporting all accidents involving guests and staff

Perform any other job assigned by Management related to the department

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

-Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 -Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

 -Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

-Good knowledge of Greek & English languages
