Your Role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, supporting reconciliations, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.

 

What You’ll Do

• Review, verify and post supplier invoices
• Maintain structured digital filing of invoices
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations
• Prepare payment lists and support payment execution
• Monitor AP aging and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
• Support audit requirements related to payables

 

What We Value

 

• Good knowledge of accounting principles. Any diploma or qualification in accounting like higher will be consider as an advantage.
• Strong analytical and excel skills
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
