Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is seeking to recruit an Accounts Payable Officer for our Pafos Head Office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage accounts payable, including processing and verifying invoices from suppliers.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of the hotel’s financial records.
  • Handle the preparation, review, and payment of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment to creditors.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
  • Monitor and track hotel expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to resolve any billing issues and discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of both Greek and English languages.
