Accounting Supervisor at Finspecs Services Ltd

This position involves supervising a team, organizing workflow, and delegating tasks. Overall, this role requires strong supervisory skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting and financial management.

 

Main Role:

 

• Supervise, organize workflow, and delegate tasks of the team;
• Update, verify, and review accounting journals and ledgers;
• Analyze and review bank records of multi-currency bank accounts;
• Review payments of expenses and other creditors for approval;
• Review monthly reconciliations and identification of any discrepancies;
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly management accounts and/or regulatory reports;
• Liaise with external auditors, corporate agents, and financial institutions;
• Assist and review the preparation of adhoc reports for management;
• Assist and review the preparation of daily/weekly/monthly bank and PSPs cash flow reports

 

 Candidate Profile:

 

• 2+ years post-completion of ACA or ACCA qualification;
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience in supervising and training of team members;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel;
• Knowledge of accounting softwares/ERPs;
• Fluency in English language, oral and written;
• Self-motivated, energetic with the ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking;
