Accounting Officer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Accounting Officer.

Salary:

• €1,800–€2,200 per month.

Employment type:

• Full-time

Work arrangement:

• On-site in Limassol.

Main duties:

• Issue and send customer account statements.
• Contact customers by phone and electronically regarding collections, statements and invoicing.
• Prepare and submit VAT information.
• Cooperate with external auditors during annual audits.
• Publish monthly forecasts, results and statistics.
• Issue certificates for completed works.
• Maintain job-certification, invoicing and payment records accurately.

Requirements:

• LCCI Higher, an Accounting diploma, or partial/full ACCA or ACA qualification.
• At least two years of experience in a comparable role.
• Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• VAT, social-insurance and General Health System tax knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong organisation, planning, accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Reliable work ethic and interest in tax-legislation changes.
