Easybrain is currently looking for a skilled Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our accounting team, who will take part in the accounting and reporting of the Company and maintain a good operating environment for the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the company’s general ledger;
  • Managing/recording day-to-day financial transactions;
  • Reconciling bank statements to the general ledger;
  • Assisting with payroll tasks;
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable;
  • Participating in administrative tasks, such as issuance of invoices;
  • Assisting with yearly internal and external audit;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures;
  • Any other ad-hoc reports that might be requested

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as an accountant/bookkeeper;
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field;
  • Fluency in English and Greek is a must. Russian language will be considered an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets;
  • Knowledge of SAP Business One software will be considered an advantage
