Dart Recruitment is recruiting an Accountant on behalf of our client, a structured real estate development organisation. The role focuses on bookkeeping, financial monitoring, and costing analysis related to property projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and day to day accounting entries
• Costing analysis with focus on real estate developments
• Monitoring project expenses, budgets, and profitability
• Preparation of internal financial reports
• Cooperation with management and external associates

Candidate Profile

• Experience in bookkeeping and costing analysis
• Experience in real estate costing is considered a strong advantage
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Organised, professional, and discreet
