ACCOUNTANT

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Salary: €2,500–€2,800 Gross × 13 Salaries

Role Overview

Stealth72 is recruiting an experienced Accountant for an established real estate development group in Limassol.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting and month-end procedures, working closely with the Finance Manager and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and general ledger entries.
• Handle monthly and year-end closing, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Prepare VAT returns and support tax compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Monitor payables, receivables and cash flow.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and project cost monitoring.
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Support improvements to accounting systems and financial procedures.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, VAT and Cyprus tax requirements.
• Experience with month-end closing and external audits.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Real estate or construction experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
