Responsibilities:

  1. Process and manage vendor invoices and payment transactions accurately and promptly;
  2. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies;
  3. Maintain supplier records and documentation;
  4. Track and manage the acquisition and disposal of fixed assets;
  5. Ensure proper depreciation calculations and asset valuations;
  6. Prepare fixed asset reports and analyses as required;
  7. Calculate and process employee wages, bonuses, and deductions;
  8. Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations, including payroll taxes;
  9. Prepare payroll tax returns and ensure timely remittance to tax authorities;
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VAT regulations and ensure compliance in invoicing and reporting;
  11. Prepare payroll tax reports accurately and on time;
  12. Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal policies;
  13. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports for management;
  14. Provide detailed analyses of accounts payable, fixed assets, and payroll expenses;
  15. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation;
  16. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes;
  17. Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to accounts payable and payroll;
  18. Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  2. Proven experience as an Accountant specializing in accounts payable, fixed assets, and payroll;
  3. Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and payroll tax requirements;
  4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite;
  5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  7. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
