Accountant at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Accountant.

Salary:

• € 1,500 – 2,000 / month

Employment type:

• Full-time

Work arrangement:

• On-site in Limassol

Main duties:

• Manage the accounting records of a portfolio of international clients.
• Perform bookkeeping and record financial transactions accurately.
• Complete bank, supplier, customer and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare management reports and supporting schedules.
• Prepare VAT, VIES and tax submissions, including relevant individual and employer returns.
• Process payroll and related obligations.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities.
• Prepare bank payments and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Strong teamwork, communication and time-management skills.
• Professional and reliable approach.
• At least two years of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Cyprus tax and VAT requirements is an advantage.
• Payroll experience is an advantage.
