Accountant at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Accountant.

Salary:

• €24,000–€30,000 per year.

Employment type:

• Full-time

Work arrangement:

• On-site in Limassol.

Main duties:

• Post accounting records, issue invoices, enter accounting data and prepare VAT information.
• Calculate common expenses for managed properties.
• Reconcile bank, customer and supplier accounts.
• Agree intercompany balances.
• Complete other tasks that fall within the accounting function.
• Report to the Financial Controller.

Requirements:

• LCCI Higher, CAT or an equivalent accounting qualification.
• At least three years of experience in a similar role.
• Good English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Property-management, real-estate or construction bookkeeping experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• High motivation, ability to meet deadlines and capacity to work independently and in a team.
