Radisson Blu Hotel, a prestigious 5-star hotel located in Larnaca, is seeking an accountant. If you are passionate about hospitality and possess the necessary skills to excel in this role, we invite you to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

· Data Entry: Accurately entering financial data into the accounting software. (SAP Business One System)

· Expense Tracking: Tracking and recording expenses ensuring accurate categorisation and allocation

· Accounts Payable:

a. Managing accounts payable including processing invoices and payments to suppliers.

b. Communication with the bank for executing payments to suppliers.

· Reconciliations: Reconciling financial statements such as bank statements and supplier’s statements to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.

· Preparation of the payroll:

a. Preparation of the monthly payroll in Easysoft.

b. Communication with the bank for executing the payroll.

c. Posting Payroll in SAP system.

d. Payments of Social Insurances, payee, provident fund.

e. Keeping records of the annual leaves.

· Following internal controls

· Assisting in the auditing process.

· Other relevant duties assigned by Chief Accountant

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

· LCCI Accounting Higher holder

· Experience in similar position 3+ years.

· Fluent in Greek and English

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

· Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical financial practises is essential
