Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries;
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies;
- Create and manage invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts;
- Preparation and analysis of monthly management reports (income statements and balance sheets) if needed;
- Preparation and submission of VAT (OSS, VIES) and other VAT declarations;
- Coordinate with auditors for year-end audits, providing necessary documentation;
- Other ad-hoc duties and tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in accounting and finance, Economics or another related field;
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience in Accounting is essential;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
- Experience with payment processors and transaction reconciliation will be considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of VAT will be considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central 365 software will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a team.
