Key Responsibilities

  1. Corporate Administration & Compliance
  • Set up new companies and handle incorporation documentation.
  • Update corporate registers, statutory records, and company information.
  • Arrange execution of agreements, resolutions, and powers of attorney.
  • Submit changes of directors, officers, shareholders, and registered addresses to the Registrar of Companies.
  • Coordinate with lawyers, notaries, and government authorities on corporate filings.
  • Ensure timely filing of annual returns, financial statements, and other compliance documents.
  • Maintain corporate seals, minute books, and statutory registers.

   2. Documentation & Filing

  • Prepare, review, and proofread legal and corporate documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate filing procedures (local and international).
  • Assist with certification, licensing requirements, and renewal processes.
  • Manage confidential corporate documents and maintain proper filing systems.

   3.Communication & Coordination

  • Liaise with legal teams, government bodies, service providers, and internal departments.
  • Provide administrative support for corporate governance matters.
  • Respond to internal and external queries regarding corporate administration.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–4 years of experience in corporate administration or company secretarial work.
  • Hands-on experience preparing corporate registers and statutory documents.
  • Strong understanding of company law and corporate filing procedures (local and international).
  • Excellent drafting, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Discreet and trustworthy in handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Integrity and transparency.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and verbal.

Tools & Systems

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Corporate registry platforms (e.g., Registrar of Companies online portals).
  • Corporate administration software (e.g., Quorum).

Working Hours

-Monday–Thursday:

• 09:00–18:00 with a one-hour lunch break, or

• 08:30–17:00 with a half-hour lunch break (option available for working mothers)

-Friday: 09:00–15:00
