On behalf of our client, a reputable architectural and design firm based in Larnaca, Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an Accounting Officer to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with accounting experience to join a well-organized and professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and update financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Perform account and invoice reconciliations.
• Process payments and supplier settlements.
• Maintain and update financial data and documentation.
• Communicate with clients’ accounting departments regarding invoice collections and settlements.
• Ensure effective communication and smooth coordination with management and partners.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a similar accounting role is required.
• Strong sense of integrity, organization, and responsibility.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Pleasant and professional personality with a proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of accounting software will be considered an advantage.
