Boutique hotel in Mykonos is looking for a Receptionist for the upcoming summer season 2025.
Key Responsibilities Receptionist Welcome and Assist Guests: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out process and offering excellent customer service throughout their stay.
Provide Hotel Information: Offer guests detailed information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and amenities, ensuring they are informed and comfortable.
Island and Local Recommendations: Provide guests with information about the island, including must-see attractions, local activities, tours, and dining options.
Handle Guest Inquiries and Requests: Address any questions or special requests, such as arranging transportation, booking services, and resolving guest concerns.
Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
Manage Billing & Payments: Process check-outs, payments, and guest accounts, ensuring all charges are correct and efficiently handled.
Key Responsibilities Night Auditor Welcome guests by providing a friendly, efficient, and courteous service Answer telephone calls, handle complaints, arrivals, departures, and rest functions Provide information to guests in regard to the facilities, events, and services Assist with luggage and escort guests to their rooms
