Powers Communicate with the chef about the day menu or any menu changes He knows the restaurant’s menu very well, as well as the store’s spirits list He organizes his post, communicates with the other waiters on how to supervise their workplace Communicate with the waiter’s assistant on how to organize and share their tasks Welcomes/Welcomes the customer in a friendly way Informs about the menu, suggests options and combinations of dishes with drinks in a friendly and discreet way without the intention of imposing opinion Collaborates with the rest of the posts for the immediate delivery of the order to the cooks and the start of the preparation Communicates with the customer for better service.
He is responsible for the payment of each table that undertakes his service and for his cashier He takes on the task of arranging tables at the end of his shift Communicates with the supervisor for any deficiencies and their immediate replacement Attainment Previous experience in the respective position Good knowledge of English Courtesy and friendliness Customer service orientation Ability to work under pressure Neat appearance Consistency and professionalism Strong communication skills Spirit of cooperation & teamwork Dynamic character Developed sense of responsibility
