On behalf of our client, a 4* Hotel in Silgo CO., Ireland we are looking for a Waiter !
The main duties will be: Insure in the smooth running of the section Assisting junior team members Delivering excellent standards of service in a friendly and professional manner to our guests Proactively welcoming and greeting all guests and visitors to the Restaurant and the Hotel To assist in the set up if the restaurant before service, ensuring all required items are stocked and ready To seat guests offering them menus, drinks and providing explanations of the menu when required To deal efficiently and courteously with all guest queries Ensuring the restaurant environment is always maintained and cleaned to a high standard both during and after service Delivering consistent, exceptional service in line with the luxury standards Excellent knowledge of restaurant menus to be able to offer guidance and make recommendations The ideal candidate will: A passion for all things food and beverage Good English language skills An ability to help train and supervise team members ensuring they deliver consistent quality of service Previous experience in a similar environment A strong understanding of the high standards that are demanded from a 4* and 5* establishments Be creative minded with a passion and respect for the provenance of food Relish the pressure of a busy restaurant environment What our clients offer: Permanent or seasonal contract Starting salary from 11,3 up to 13,3 Euros / per hour Friendly and professional work environment The chance to work with fresh quality ingredients International team Food & accommodation Full health & social insurance Other employee benefits What we offer: Free job search process and creation of a professional CV Interviews and assistance in 8 languages Administrative help Help with the trip organisation Friend referral bonus Loyalty bonus
