Role Overview The Waiter delivers exceptional, personalized service to guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and memorable dining experience.
The role requires attentive service, detailed product knowledge, and seamless collaboration with the F&B team.
The Waiter anticipates guest needs and contributes to a refined dining atmosphere, upholding the highest standards of service excellence.
Key Accountabilities Present and describe food and beverage menu items to guests in an engaging and knowledgeable manner.
Greet guests warmly, seat them promptly, and ensure consistent, attentive service throughout the dining experience.
Oversee table setup, maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, and uphold high service standards.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of all orders.
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring swift resolution.
Monitor inventory of dining supplies and beverages, maintain stock levels, and contribute to minimizing waste.
Promote and upsell food, beverages, and specialty drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene procedures, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Assist with service across other hotel outlets, events, and in-room dining operations as required.
