Key Responsibilities 1.
Guest Reception & Seating Warmly welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism.
Escort guests to their tables according to reservations and availability. 2.
Order Taking & Processing Accurately take food and beverage orders.
Input orders into the system following company standards.
Provide detailed information about the menu and offer tailored recommendations. 3.
Service & Presentation Serve food and beverages with flawless presentation and precise timing.
Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, or complaints with professionalism. 4.
Hygiene & Workspace Organization Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. 5.
Teamwork & Collaboration Work closely with the kitchen team and F&B colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support team members during peak hours and contribute to a high-functioning service environment.
