We are looking for a passionate and professional Waiter/Waitress A’ to join our team, ensuring exceptional service and an unforgettable dining experience for our guests!
Position: Waiter /Waitress A’ Job Type: Full time, seasonal contract Location: Corfu, Greece As a Waiter/Waitress A’ , you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
You will deliver attentive, professional, and personalized service, reflecting the high standards of Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa.
Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality will help ensure that every guest enjoys an outstanding meal from start to finish.
Your Main Responsibilities: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve dishes in a timely manner Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage selections to provide recommendations Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and organization in line with 5-star service standards Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly, maintaining a positive and professional attitude Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations Support team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment What We Offer: Competitive salary and employee benefits (including accommodation and daily meals) Ongoing training and development aligned with department and company standards Cross-property work opportunities within the Banyan Tree Group during the winter season Opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career within a global hospitality group A respectful, team-oriented working environment Access to the ALL Heartist Accor Card, offering special rates at Accor hotels worldwide Who We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills with a warm, approachable personality A passion for hospitality and guest service A team spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced setting Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of Greek or other languages (such as German or French) is highly desirable.
