We are seeking an VBTS(Vodafone Business Technology Solutions) Trainer for Vodafone.
Job Description The role is responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs, supporting the onboarding of new team members, and driving continuous professional development across VBTS.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Develop and deliver role-specific training modules tailored to technical teams and new hires, aligned with VBTS GR technologies and services.
Organize induction programs to equip new employees with knowledge of VBTS infrastructure, products, and internal tools.
Conduct post-training assessments and feedback sessions to evaluate learner engagement and skills application, making adjustments as needed.
Promote continuous learning through refresher courses, mentoring initiatives, and e-learning resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (VF Group, engineering, segments, customer service) to align training initiatives with strategic business goals.
Core Competencies, Knowledge & Experience Strong knowledge of telecom systems, infrastructure, protocols, and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Skilled in providing constructive feedback, one-to-one coaching, and group mentoring.
Ability to identify skill gaps, analyze training metrics, and adapt strategies based on data.
Flexible and responsive to technological and operational changes, with creativity in implementing modern training solutions.
Strong organizational skills to plan and execute multiple training programs, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are aligned.
