Join our Sales Team As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting XP Courier’s services to businesses across Greece.
This role combines proactive sales outreach, client relationship management, and market development, contributing directly to the company’s commercial growth and success.
Responsibilities 📞 Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Conduct targeted outbound calls to prospective customers and identify new business opportunities.
Present XP Courier’s services and solutions while understanding customer needs and business challenges.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other sales channels. 🤝 Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Deliver exceptional customer experience and ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention. 📚 Service Expertise Develop a thorough understanding of XP Courier’s services, pricing policy, and competitive advantages.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to potential clients. 📊 Reporting & Performance Monitoring Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of calls, leads, opportunities, and results.
Monitor key sales KPIs and contribute to continuous performance improvement. 💻 CRM Management Update and manage customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities through the company’s CRM system. 🔄 Follow-up & Deal Closure Follow up with prospects and customers to address questions, overcome objections, and successfully close deals.
Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals to maximize conversion rates. 📈 Market Intelligence Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to support business development initiatives and sales strategy.
Requirements 🧠 Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, business development, inside sales, or a similar commercial role.
Experience in the courier, logistics, transportation, or related industries will be considered a strong advantage. 🗣️ Communication Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Greek.
Good command of English, both written and spoken. 💼 Sales Skills Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into customers. 🖥️ Technical Skills Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools. 👥 Personal Attributes Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and handle objections effectively.
Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team environment. 🎓 Education Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field will be considered an asset.
