As a Technical Support Agent your responsibilities include: Handling incoming calls for Fixed, Cloud & ICT technical issues reported by VIP Corporate customers.
Proactive monitoring for Fixed, Cloud & ICT services of the VIP Corporate customers. 1st level technical troubleshooting on all Fixed, Cloud and ICT services of the VIP Corporate customers.
Periodic update of the VIP Corporate customers on the progress of the open technical issues.
Monitor the network and provide early warning of abnormalities or problems.
SLA monitoring & management escalation to prevent SLA violations for the VIP Corporate customers.
Reporting analysis & chronic issues identification.
