Roles & Responsibilities: The Technical Sales Support / Pre-Sales Engineer will play an active role in pre-sales activities and technical sales support, including: Analyzing customer needs and translating business and technical requirements into geospatial solutions Providing technical support to the sales team for GIS, WebGIS, Remote Sensing and Earth Observation data solutions Participating in the preparation of technical proposals, offers and tender documentation Communicating with customers to gather requirements, propose solutions and provide technical guidance Monitoring market trends in geospatial and EO technologies and sharing insights with internal teams Participating in technical presentations, product demonstrations and workshops Collaborating with technology vendors and technical partners Reporting market feedback, emerging customer needs and innovative ideas Occasional travel within Greece and Cyprus for technical meetings, demonstrations or workshops
