You will combine oenology expertise with a strong customer focus, helping producers select the right solutions to support quality, stability, aroma, color and overall wine performance.
Manage and expand a portfolio of winemaking additives, agents and oenological solutions for wine producers in your assigned territory.
Develop long-term partnerships with existing and new customers, understanding their production process, technical challenges and quality objectives.
Provide technical guidance on product selection and application, in close collaboration with leading international suppliers in winemaking and biotechnology ingredients.
Translate winery needs into value-adding technical and commercial solutions, supporting customers from product positioning to practical problem-solving.
Identify new business opportunities, manage negotiations and drive sustainable revenue growth in the wine raw materials sector.
Monitor wine industry trends, customer needs, competitive activity and relevant developments affecting wine production.
Actively contribute to ELTON’s growth in the wine ingredients and oenological solutions market.
What You Bring: BSc or MSc in Oenology, Chemistry, Food Science or a related scientific discipline.
Professional experience in a winery, wine production, oenological laboratory, technical support or wine-related B2B environment.
Sales experience in wine additives, oenological products, ingredients or technical solutions will be considered a strong asset.
Genuine interest in developing a career in Technical Sales, combining scientific knowledge with customer relationship management and business development.
Commercial mindset combined with strong technical credibility and the ability to build trust with winemakers, production teams, laboratory teams and procurement contacts.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English; familiarity with MS Office, CRM or ERP systems is an asset.
Driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
