The responsibilities of the Team Leader Data Entry will include: Lead, coordinate, and support a team of 12–13 specialists processing customer dispatch notes.
Track daily performance metrics to ensure accuracy, speed, and overall productivity targets are met.
Conduct regular quality checks via Excel following data entry in the Exantas system, executing corrective actions and updating relevant teams.
Maintain fast, seamless data entry execution to ensure smooth downstream logistics operations.
Oversee job postings and facilitate rapid onboarding to maintain optimal team capacity.
