Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Software Development Team, providing guidance and support to team members Oversee the planning and execution of ICT projects, ensuring they are effectively completed on time Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert-level support Collaborate with the team, the channel, and the vendors to understand and provide effective solutions Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices Analyse the needs – design, develop and test software Improve already developed applications Develop, document and demonstrate solutions (documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code) KPIs for increased productivity in a yearly base
