We’re hiring Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representatives .

Your responsibilities: Handle incoming calls and emails in both Swedish and English Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally Provide accurate product/service information using internal tools Requirements: C2 Swedish and C1 English proficiency (written & spoken) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Customer service experience is a plus Strong multitasking and time management abilities Comfortable working from office or home (depending on location & setup) Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 09:00–19:15 (shifts) Compensation & Benefits: Competitive monthly salary Up to 10% performance bonus €5 daily meal voucher Private health insurance Work-from-Home
