We are seeking a Sushi Chef to ensure the highest standards of sushi preparation, presentation, and service consistency.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute sushi, sashimi, nigiri, maki, and Japanese cold dishes Ensure excellent fish handling, cutting techniques, and rice preparation Maintain high standards of presentation, portioning, and taste Manage mise en place and maintain an immaculate sushi counter Follow strict HACCP and food safety standards for raw products Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Service team Deliver calm, professional guest interaction during counter service
