ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of a global leading company operating in Packaging industry, is in search of a Supply Chain & Logistics Supervisor. 📌 Location: Thessaloniki 📍 Working Model: On site 🖋️You will be reporting to: Plant Manager As a Supply Chain & Logistics Supervisor, you will oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations to ensure efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, and continuous process improvement.
What you will do: Management of import/export documentation and customs clearance (incl.
EUR1 certificates) Coordination with customs agents and domestic hauliers Negotiation and management of transport and external warehouse contracts Issuing dispatch documentation Oversight of Finished Goods, T/P, Components and Raw Materials warehouses (incl. external facilities) Daily dispatch planning and inbound deliveries coordination Inventory control (monthly & annual counts) Product traceability and stock optimization (incl. slow-moving actions) Production and materials planning (daily / weekly / monthly) Intragroup supply chain coordination (T/P, MPC, Components) Work orders management and system closing (HRP) PSI monitoring and alignment with Sales priorities Participation in AOP & IBP processes Management of key material orders (copper wire, packaging materials, Side Stripe, etc.) Supplier follow-up on deliveries and returns Contract negotiations and cost control initiatives Team supervision (FLT drivers, temporary staff, outsourced services)
