Role responsibilities Delivering high‑quality treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies in line with Anandes standards Creating a warm, relaxing, and professional environment for every guest Consulting guests on treatment options and personalising experiences when appropriate Maintaining treatment rooms, equipment, and product displays in pristine condition Coordinating with the Front Office team for scheduling and guest flow Supporting retail sales of spa products with a natural, service‑oriented approach Ensuring hygiene, safety, and operational standards are consistently met
