Spa Therapist Position description: Perform a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other specialized therapies as trained.
Tailor treatments to guests’ individual needs and preferences.
Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, clean, and well-stocked before and after each service.
Greet guests warmly and conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand concerns or health conditions.
Provide professional recommendations on treatments, homecare products, and wellness routines.
Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the service.
Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards for all equipment, linens, and treatment areas.
Follow all spa protocols, health regulations, and safety procedures.
Stay updated on contraindications and adapt treatments as required.
Coordinate with the Spa Receptionist and Spa Manager regarding bookings, special requests, and guest feedback.
Inform management of any equipment malfunctions or supply needs.
Record treatment notes and guest preferences accurately.
Promote spa services, treatment packages, and retail products to enhance guest wellness and increase revenue.
Contribute to achieving monthly sales and performance targets.
