Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality spa treatments (massages, body and facial therapies) in accordance with spa protocols. • Create a personalized and relaxing experience tailored to each guest’s needs and preferences. • Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products. • Ensure treatment rooms are impeccably prepared, clean, and organized at all times. • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism. • Promote spa services, packages, and retail products when appropriate. • Collaborate with the Spa and Guest Experience teams to ensure seamless guest journeys.
