Responsibilities Perform a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other various spa services Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their spa experience Consult with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and any specific concerns or medical conditions to tailor treatments accordingly Provide detailed explanations of treatments, products, and services offered to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary equipment, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards Administer spa treatments with skill and expertise, utilizing various techniques, products, and equipment to achieve optimal results Maintain accurate and updated client records, including treatment notes, medical history, and any post-treatment recommendations or instructions Uphold a high level of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the spa, including equipment, linens, and treatment rooms Keep abreast of industry trends, new techniques, and products, continuously expanding knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities Assist in promoting spa services, including participating in marketing initiatives, providing input on service offerings, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the spa Requirements Degree or current license in aesthetics or physiotherapy Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies At least 2 years working experience in a similar position, preferably in a 4* or 5* hotel Good knowledge and use of Greek and English both written and verbal (A second foreign language will be considered an asset) User level computer skills Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper usage of spa equipment and products Experience in sales will be considered an asset Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and memorable experience for each client Professional appearance and demeanor, with a neat and well-groomed appearance suitable for a spa environment Benefits Accommodation Meal Plan Professional, dynamic and pleasant working environment All required insurance Competitive salary package Chances for further development The company will contact only applicants whose qualifications meet the requirements for the requested position.
