In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our spa operations, blending clinical expertise with luxury service to create unforgettable guest experiences.
Core Responsibilities: Oversee all Spa and Fitness operations, ensuring strict adherence to hotel’s standards and Health & Safety regulations.
Act as a brand ambassador across the resort, providing personalized service to guests and turning guest feedback into loyalty.
Recruit, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of therapists.
Conduct performance reviews and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
Financial Performance: Drive revenue through strategic promotions, retail optimization, and rigorous P&L management (reforecasting, inventory, and labor costs).
