As a Sous Chef at alma beach, you will support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen operations of a luxury, tranquil beach club, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency and organization.
Working in a state-of-the-art kitchen environment and under the guidance of a highly experienced Executive Chef & Chef De Cuisine ,you will contribute to delivering a refined and elevated culinary experience.
Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the Head Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations Supervising and coordinating the kitchen team during service Ensuring consistency, presentation and quality of all dishes Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organization Assisting in staff training and performance supervision Monitoring mise en place levels and ensuring smooth service flow Supporting cost control, stock management and ordering procedures Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
