Asty Mykonos Hotel & Spa, is currently seeking to recruit for the above project in Mykonos, professional for the position of SOUS CHEF – MYKONOS (Code: SCF – MYK) Responsible to deliver customer focused service to the guests, provide all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presenting of dishes according to company guidelines and maintain HACCP procedures.
Responsibilities: Implementation on a daily basis of the operation procedures of the department Perform recipes by following accurately Chef’s guidelines Cook food in a timely manner & ensure high aesthetic plate presentation Able to set priorities, plan, organize, delegate and control Organizes and supervises food preparation in line with the occupancy and consumption forecasts Monitor food stock and place orders Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area Ensure excellent response to guests needs Attention to detail and quality of foods
