As a Shift Supervisor Engineer , your main responsibilities will include: Mechanical supervision and maintenance of equipment and building installations Troubleshooting guidance to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and facilities Assignment and supervision of tasks, guidance of shift technicians Training, management, and development of the Maintenance team technicians Strict compliance with the company’s safety standards Monitoring the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at the facilities
