As a Shift Supervisor your responsibilities will be: Lead, organize, and supervise production and packaging teams during the shift to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor the production flow (milk, yogurt) to ensure adherence to the daily schedule and strict quality standards.
Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on raw material waste, losses, and equipment downtime.
Ensure full compliance with food safety protocols and hygiene regulations in line with ISO and HACCP standards.
Collaborate closely with the Production Manager to report progress, deviations, or technical issues encountered during the shift.
Work effectively with Quality Control and Maintenance departments to resolve production bottlenecks promptly.
