Shift Leader

• Delegate tasks to pickers and complete all necessary reporting.
• Assist pickers with any need of assistance or guidance.
• Dispatch orders in a timely and quality manner.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are implemented during shift time.
• Flag or escalate any incident and provide appropriate reports.
• Take part in employee scheduling and workforce forecasting.
• Utilize necessary operational tools such as ERP and Warehouse application.
• Ensure the smooth flow of operations.
• Ensure adherence to operational guidelines from all operating parties.
